Do I need to buy Memory Maker for each guest?

If you are traveling with a large group of people only ONE person needs to purchase memory maker. The person who purchases it will be the one with download access, but your entire group will be able to take photos and have them appear in the account of the person who purchased.

In the vast majority of cases, a family/group visiting Disney World will be “Friends and Family” and will be fewer than 25 people. Assuming that this is you, only one person in your group needs to buy the Memory Maker to have everyone's pictures included in the price.

In most situations, you'll fine if only one member of your family of passholders buys the Memory Maker add-on. (Remember from above that up that the photos of up to 25 linked Friends and Family can be added to one account.) Be careful when purchasing annual passes online for several people at once.

Sharing Memory Maker with other people In order to share with other people, you can either: Make sure you're all listed in the same My Disney Experience account OR. Make sure you're linked as friends within My Disney Experience and have checked the option to allow sharing of photos for all people.

Disney PhotoPass Memory Maker packages at Walt Disney World have increased in price effective October 11, 2023. Advance purchase Memory maker is now $185, previously $169. Standard purchase, during or after vacation, is now $210, previously $199. Memory Maker One Day is now $75, previously $69.

At the time of activation, a ticket will be associated with one Guest. Each ticket holder will have their photo taken at the park entrance. That photo will be used to verify each Guest when they use their ticket for re-entry on the same day as well as on subsequent days for a multi-day ticket.

Multi-day Memory Maker packages are priced at $185 (plus tax) if purchased more than three days prior to your trip or at $210 (plus tax) if purchased less than three prior to your trip, during your trip, or after your trip. Walt Disney World Annual Pass holders may add Memory Maker to their pass for one-year for $99.

All ticketed Disneyland Resort Guests will receive complimentary Disney PhotoPass digital attraction photos as a take-home souvenir. You can access these downloadable photos for free in the Disneyland App starting February 4, 2023.
