Do Magic Key holders get a package?

I was able to connect with a Cast Member by calling the Magic Key phone line and confirmed that they are still sending Welcome packages to new Magic Key Holders. Magic mail should arrive at the address to which you gave but it may take a few months.



In 2026, Magic Key holders do not receive a physical "welcome package" or a plastic membership card in the mail. The program is entirely digital-first; your "Magic Key" pass is stored within the Disneyland app, and you scan your phone for park entry, discounts, and "Lightning Lane" access. While some fans miss the physical keepsakes of the old "Annual Passport" days, Disney compensates by offering "Magic Key Extras" throughout the year. These include exclusive magnets, pins, or themed lanyards that must be picked up in person at the parks during specific events, such as the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival. For those who want a physical touchpoint, Magic Key holders can link their digital pass to a MagicBand+, which can be customized with a "Magic Key" themed skin, providing the convenience of a wearable device that vibrates and lights up in sync with nighttime spectaculars.
