As a Magic Key holder, your pass has park hopper benefits. This means that you can indeed park hop at 1:00 p.m., as long as there is capacity at the park. I have even more great news to share with you pertaining to park hopping. Starting on February 4, 2023, the new park hopping time will begin at 11:00 a.m. each day.

If you want to avoid long lines there's no simpler way than to wake up early and get to the park before it opens. Whether you have access to early entry or not, being at the park entrance before it opens will save you lots of time. Usually, you can get in 2-3 rides during the first hour of park operation.
At Disneyland, guests with Park Hopper tickets (or Magic Key passes) can reserve the first park they want to visit up until 11 a.m. Starting at 11 a.m., guests with Park Hopper tickets or Magic Key passes are free to hop back and forth between the parks. To that point, we've found that wait times are least accurate and most inflated at the end of the night. This is particularly true among headliners in any of the 4 theme parks. Usually, the more popular the attraction, the more the wait time is inflated.

The answer is the MagicBand! Your resort reservations are linked to your MagicBands through your My Disney Experience account, and, during Extra Magic Hours, you must scan your MagicBand to enter the park early. Or, during evening Extra Magic Hours, you must scan your MagicBand at any rides or attractions.
You don't need a parks pass reservation for any parks you visit after 2PM after you visit your first park, however you do need to start your day at that first park with a parks pass reservation. You cannot simply show up at any park after 2PM if you haven't first used a park pass reservation to visit a park.
Walt Disney World Railroad – The Walt Disney World Railroad encircles the Magic Kingdom. The round trip is around 20 minutes, the perfect amount of time for a nap. So, choose a row, sit back, and relax. In addition, the Main Street train station has nice benches that may make for a nice napping place.
The Genie 120-minute rule says that you can make a new reservation at most 2 hours from when you made the last one, and this countdown timer doesn't change if you modify the reservation. If you made it at, say, 11 a.m., then your two hours will be up at 1 p.m. even if you modify the reservation at noon.
Although more expensive, Park Hopper Plus tickets grant you access to additional attractions, while the cheaper Park Hopper tickets still allow you to move throughout Walt Disney World's four theme parks with ease.
