To secure and redeem a Boarding Group in a Virtual Queue, each member of the party must have a Theme Park Reservation for the park in which the attraction is located. If you switch your Theme Park Reservation after enrolling in a Virtual Queue, you cannot redeem your Boarding Group if it's called.
With the updated Park Hopper experience, Guests must make a theme park reservation for the first park they plan to visit AND enter that first park prior to visiting another. At this time, a theme park reservation is not required after the first park, however, reservation requirements are subject to change.
The attraction's limited capacity means too many guests missing their reservation time could prevent guests later in the day from riding, so guests are encouraged to arrive during their reservation window. Those who miss their window by a significant time may not be allowed to ride the attraction.

The short answer is: As long as you have a valid theme park ticket with a Park Hopper option or an annual pass, you can park hop as many times as you'd like!
When Can I Join the Virtual Queue? Disney World opens its Virtual Queues at 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM each day. Spots in the virtual queue go quickly, so we recommend that you tap quickly and join the queue immediately at one of these times.
If you are unsuccessful at either of these times, all of the boarding groups are gone and you will not be able to ride the attraction. You will enter these virtual queue attractions via the Lightning Lane, which is the queue that allows you to skip the stand-by line.
There is not a restriction on the number of parks you can visit per day. In fact, it's possible for guests to go to all 4 parks in one day. Guests can even return to their first park of the day at any time, as long as it is not at capacity. We tested out this to make sure it works.
If you only have one day to do it all, Park Hopper is critical. Maybe you have three days to spend at Walt Disney World, but you want to see four parks. In order to see multiple parks worth of stuff in one day, you'll need that Park Hopper.
Beginning January 9, 2024, theme park reservations will no longer be required for date-based tickets. After Guests enter the first park, Guests will be able to visit the next park starting at 2:00 PM until each park's regularly scheduled closure.
As long as you have a Park Hopper benefit on your ticket, you can make Genie+ Lightning Lane reservations at different parks. Just keep in mind that you can't park hop until after 2 p.m., so your return time would need to be after that.
Park Hopping starts at 2PM! You can leave your first park at any point before then, but you can't enter another park until 2. Now we do know that some Disney guests have found that they can sometimes get into their second park early, but there is no guarantee.
Disney Genie+ is a paid service that allows you to skip the standby line and use the Lightning Lane entrance at select attractions. Guests can book their first Genie+ ride selections starting at 7 AM on the day of their visit. This applies to both those who stay at a Disney Resort Hotel or stay off-property.
You can buy the Genie Pass to buy access to the lightning lane (or whatever they call it these days), but even with that you will still be waiting in line.
