Do you need a reservation for the Guardians of the Galaxy ride?

I recommend booking for 2:30 p.m. or later so you have time to walk from the park entrance to the attraction. To join the 7:00 a.m. virtual queue for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, you must have a theme park reservation for EPCOT. To join the 1:00 p.m. virtual queue, you must be in EPCOT.
