Does Disney allow neck tattoos?

According to the Disney cast member handbook, visible tattoos that are no larger than an extended hand are permitted except for any on the face, head, or neck.

As of early 2026, the official "Disney Look" policy for Cast Members (employees) generally prohibits visible tattoos on the face, head, or neck. While Disney updated its policies in 2021 to be more inclusive—allowing visible tattoos on the arms and legs for the first time—the face and neck remain restricted areas to maintain a specific standard of appearance for "the show." Tattoos that are allowed must be no larger than the Cast Member's hand when fingers are held together and must not depict offensive, inappropriate, or nude imagery. For guests visiting the parks, however, there are no such restrictions; you are free to have neck tattoos provided they do not contain graphic or offensive content that violates the general park decorum. For prospective employees with neck tattoos, the company typically requires them to be covered with specialized makeup or clothing (like a high-collar shirt) if the specific role and costume allow for such modifications.
