Does Disney campground allow dogs?

Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground welcomes two dogs of any size for an additional fee of $5 per night in campsites, and $50 per night in cabins. Pet-friendly cabins are limited.

Yes, Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground is a dog-friendly destination in 2026, but specific rules apply to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests. Dogs are permitted at designated campsites and within select "dog-friendly" cabins. Upon arrival, you must present up-to-date vaccination records and sign a pet policy agreement. There is a limit of two dogs per site, and an additional nightly pet fee (approximately $5 per night for campsites and $50 for cabins) is charged. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when outside and are not permitted in theme parks, water parks, or pool areas. Fort Wilderness features a dedicated off-leash area called Waggin' Trails Dog Park and several relief stations throughout the loops. If you plan to spend the day at the parks, you cannot leave your dog unattended in a tent or pop-up camper; however, they may stay in a climate-controlled RV. For long days, many guests utilize the on-site Best Friends Pet Care facility for daycare and boarding services.
