Does Disney sell ponchos when it rains?

You'll be happy to know that ponchos are for sell in many shops throughout both parks. Since it's mostly sunny and bright in Anaheim, California, they may be a little hard to find or available behind a counter. However, if it is raining, Cast Members move them out so they are really easy to pick up and purchase.
