Most attractions will still run in the rain and characters have lots of clever spots to keep dry and continue to meet Guests. Bring an umbrella and if you have a stroller, an extra poncho or a rain cover will be necessary to keep it dry when you park it.

Rain boots make the most amount of sense for a rainy day. But at least in my experience, rain boots aren't comfortable. Especially for all the walking you will be doing for a day wandering around the Park. So instead I suggest a pair of boots that will be able to be worn for more than just the rain.
