Does Epcot have a dog kennel?

Pet Care Kennels are located adjacent to the Park entrance at Epcot.

As of 2026, EPCOT does not have an on-site dog kennel located at the park entrance. Historically, all four Walt Disney World theme parks operated small, basic day-use kennels, but these were phased out in favor of a centralized, state-of-the-art facility called Best Friends Pet Hotel. This massive pet resort is located on-site at Walt Disney World, near the Port Orleans Resort, and offers both day-stay and overnight boarding for dogs, cats, and even "pocket pets" like hamsters and birds. The facility features over 17,000 square feet of air-conditioned space, outdoor play areas, and even luxury "VIP" suites with flat-screen TVs and webcams for owners to check in on their pets. While you can no longer drop your dog off right at the gates of EPCOT, Best Friends Pet Hotel provides a much higher level of care and comfort than the old park kennels. Additionally, four Disney resort hotels—Art of Animation, Port Orleans Riverside, Yacht Club, and Fort Wilderness—now offer designated dog-friendly rooms for guests who wish to keep their pets closer.
