Does Genie Plus price fluctuate?

Disney Genie+ does have dynamic pricing, which means that the purchase price may differ from day to day. In my experience, I have never seen the price change throughout the day. It has been set at midnight and remains the same price through 7:00 am when Lightning Lane selections begin.
