Does Guardians ride change at night?

The attraction's transformation happens later in the afternoon each day. The Collector's Fortress goes dark, alarms sound and special lighting on the exterior of the Fortress alerts guests that something inside has gone awry. Guests may check the Disneyland app or Disneyland.com for the timing of this transformation.

During the Halloween season, Disney will transform Guardians of the Galaxy: Mission Breakout into Guardians of the Galaxy – Monsters After Dark. Guests who wish to ride the original version will have to do so before 2 p.m.

Cosmic Rewind is extremely smooth, one of the smoothest coasters I've ever been on. There was no bumping or sudden jerking. If you've ridden Slinky Dog Dash, it's comparable. I would actually say that Cosmic Rewind was even smoother.
