Does KLM have A330?

The Airbus A330-300 made its 1st KLM flight in 2012. This twin-jet aircraft is an earlier version of the Airbus A330-200 but was added to our fleet after the -200.

Yes, as of February 2026, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines still operates a fleet of Airbus A330-200 and A330-300 aircraft. However, these planes are currently being phased out as part of a major fleet modernization strategy. In late 2023, Air France-KLM placed a significant order for Airbus A350 jets, which are scheduled to replace the aging A330s and older Boeing 777-200ERs between 2026 and 2030. While you can still book a flight on a KLM A330 to various intercontinental destinations today, the airline is moving toward a simplified "all-Boeing" long-haul fleet (comprised of 777s and 787s) alongside the new A350s to improve fuel efficiency and reduce operational complexity.
