MNSSHP and MVMCP are separately-ticketed, meaning that only those who purchased event tickets are able to stay in Magic Kingdom after 6 pm. (Those parties run until midnight.) In other words, the park stays open 4-5 hours later to regular guests when MNSSHP and MVMCP are not held.

Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party takes place from 7 pm until midnight on evenings when it's held. On MNSSHP dates, Magic Kingdom is open to regular guests from 8 am until 6 pm. From start to finish, the Happily Ever After nighttime spectacular has a show length of 18 minutes and 21 seconds. That is approximately 2 minutes longer than its temporary predecessor Disney Enchantment.

Starting on July 14, 2022, Disney Enchantment will get a second showtime each night, with a nightly performance of the fireworks at 11 pm. This is in addition to the 9:20 pm showtime, which remains on the schedule and doesn't move (as covered above, it can't really be moved forward).
