Does monorail go from Epcot to Polynesian?

While the EPCOT Monorail does not go directly to the Polynesian, it is super easy to get to the Polynesian from the EPCOT Monorail line. Just take the monorail from EPCOT to the Transportation and Ticket Center, head towards the Polynesian Resort and just follow the signs to the walkway to the Polynesian!
