Does Paradise Pier have direct access to the park?

Alli, as a Guest at Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel you will have direct, dedicated access to Disney California Adventure Park, and the early entry benefit to Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park, as well as many other distinctive Disney perks as a Guest at a Disneyland Resort Hotel, how wonderful!

As of 2026, the hotel formerly known as Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel has been completely reimagined as the Pixar Place Hotel, and it does have a dedicated, "direct" entrance to Disney California Adventure Park. This entrance is located just across the street from the hotel. To use it, guests exit the hotel, cross Disneyland Drive, and enter through a private gate located near the entrance of the Grand Californian Hotel. This path leads you directly into the Pixar Pier section of the park, emerging between Seaside Souvenirs and Corn Dog Castle. This is a significant perk, as it allows guests to bypass the main entrance crowds at Buena Vista Street. To use this entrance, you must show your hotel room key (physical or digital) and have a valid park ticket and reservation. While it’s not "integrated" into the building like the Grand Californian, the dedicated walkway makes it one of the most convenient hotels for California Adventure fans. It’s important to note that this entrance is exclusively for guests staying at the Disneyland Resort-owned hotels, ensuring a faster entry process even during the busiest parts of the day.
