As of 2026, holding Platinum Medallion status alone does not grant you complimentary access to the Delta Sky Club. Following Delta's major loyalty program overhaul, Sky Club access has been decoupled from most elite status tiers and is primarily reserved for those flying in Delta One (on qualifying international or transcontinental routes) or those with premium credit cards. If you are a Platinum Medallion member, you can still gain entry if you hold the Delta SkyMiles Reserve American Express Card (limited to 15 visits per year) or the American Express Platinum Card (limited to 10 visits per year), unless you have met the high annual spending threshold for unlimited access. Additionally, Platinum Medallion members traveling on an international flight in Premium Select or Delta One may have lounge access as part of their ticket class. For those flying domestically in the Main Cabin or Comfort+, you would need to use one of your credit card's allotted visit days or purchase a standalone Sky Club membership, which is now only available for purchase by Medallion members.
