Does Test Track feel like a car?

The car on the Test Track is straight-up blue. But the Chevy Test Track feels like it is real life, and not some kind of roller coaster like the Brooklyn Cyclone, I guarantee it.

Test Track is designed to simulate the experience of a vehicle undergoing rigorous performance testing, but it doesn't feel exactly like a standard street car. The ride vehicles are actually complex slot-car style units that run on a high-speed track with hidden guide wheels. While the "City Driving" and "Weather" portions mimic a bumpy car ride, the high-speed loop outside reaches nearly 65 mph, creating a sensation closer to a convertible on a racetrack. As of July 2025, the attraction has been reimagined into Test Track 3.0, which draws inspiration from the original World of Motion. This new version features a smoother ride profile and a focus on "humanity's drive" through various environments like the Pacific Northwest, though the physical sensation of the outdoor high-speed finale remains the park's signature thrill.

Test Track (sudden movements and tight turns): Test Track is quite the thrilling experience, but it can also jostle you around a bunch. The roughness of the ride combined with the tight turns can lead to motion sickness, especially if you're sensitive to sudden movements.
