Does the Star Wars ride have drops?

Here is how Disney accomplishes the effect: As we indicated, the trackless ride vehicle is locked down onto a motion base. The motion base is then coupled with a drop tower-like mechanism to deliver a freefall. Think Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, but instead of a 199-foot drop, Rise drops perhaps 25 or 30 feet.

Better every time! Obviously this ride has been there for years, but it's a completely different thing now it's been updated it's amazing! I'm not even a massive Star Wars fan but I love this, such a fun ride and so fun having a character pilot at the front. Whether you like Star Wars or not this is a must do.

It's likely due to several variables. One factor is that people may be less interested in theme parks. From what we're seeing with our bookings, that pent-up demand has somewhat transitioned to cruises and Europe, Greg Antonelle, the co-owner of Florida travel agency MickeyTravels, told the Journal.

Overall milder than Guardians. Tron is somewhere in between what you seem to be ok with or not. Lots of fun. It feels fast, but smoother than Big Thunder and Space Mountain.

My advice after experiencing both attractions would be to skip Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run. While it is a great attraction, there are many jolts and lots of ups and downs as you make your way through space. Similar to Star Tours - The Adventure Continues, there is a screen in front of you.
