No Uber or Lyft, but there are regular taxis that can take you to anywhere you'd like to go. The taxi fares are based on destination and the charge is per person each way. The safari is actually a $1/$2 ride depending on where you get on or off.
Public TransportationThe Vitran Bus System services various areas of the island and usually runs Monday - Friday. Vitran buses run along Centerline Road. The buses travel from the Cruz Bay ferry dock, through to Coral Bay, Salt Pond Bay and back to Cruz Bay.
