To access purchased photos in your photo gallery after your cruise, log into your disneycruise.com profile and select “My Cruise Photos” under the Already Booked section.

Photo packages can be purchased pre-cruise with a discount, or onboard. All shipboard photo products and services can be purchased onboard at the Focus Photo Gallery. We're unable to offer sales of any photographic products or services after your cruise.
To access and claim the photos with your Castaway Club ID, please log in to My Cruise Photos and proceed to click the Link option at the top right of your screen.Enter the proper Castaway Club ID number and click the Link Photos button.
Visit a PhotoPass Viewing Location inside of the Parks.If you notice while you are at a Disney Park that you have missing PhotoPass photos, head to the front of the park to find its PhotoPass viewing location. There you can speak with a cast member who can assist you with your missing photos.

Just link any Disney PhotoPass cards, Park Tickets and/or MagicBands you used during your visit, choose any photo in your account, and select “Activate.” This will activate your Memory Maker entitlement and remove all watermarks from your photos and other digital content.
