How do I access my Disney eTicket?

Accessing your eTicket: When you first ordered your tickets, you should have received a confirmation email - make sure to keep this email handy! To access your tickets, you'll select the Access Your eTickets button near the top of the email.

Accessing your Disney eTicket in 2026 is done through the official My Disney Experience (Walt Disney World) or Disneyland app, which has been streamlined for a "mobile-first" park entry. Once you have purchased your tickets, log in to your account and navigate to the "Tickets and Passes" section found in the main menu. If your tickets aren't already visible, you can link them by selecting "Link Tickets" and either scanning the barcode from your confirmation email or manually entering the ID number. For the fastest entry, it is highly recommended to save your eTicket to your smartphone's digital wallet (Apple Wallet or Google Wallet) using the "Disney MagicMobile" service; this allows you to simply tap your phone or Apple Watch at the park entrance touchpoints without even opening the app. If you prefer a physical backup, you can always take a screenshot of the QR code from the "Tickets and Passes" screen, which Cast Members can scan at the gate. Be sure to check that your tickets are also linked to a "Park Reservation" if required for your specific ticket type, as the eTicket itself provides the barcode, but the reservation secures your entry on a specific day.
