How do I link my Disney ticket to my confirmation number?

Once logged in scroll down until you see a Park Tickets icon. Hover your mouse over this and then click “link tickets.” Enter your ticket confirmation code here. Your confirmation code contains all your tickets. During the linking process you will assign each ticket to a guest on your account.

When you link your reservation to My Disney Experience, it should show up immediately. If you are using the My Disney Experience mobile app, tap the bottom-right of the screen (3 horizontal lines), then tap on My Plans, then (+) in the top right corner.

Once you find your ticket confirmation email, you can open the Disneyland Mobile App, select the Menu button (the 3 horizontal lines in the bottom right of the navigation bar), then tap Tickets and Passes, and from here you can load your tickets to the mobile app by selecting Link Tickets & Passes.

For an unexpired ticket that is unused or has been partially used, Guests can add days to their theme park tickets either by contacting the friendly Cast Members at the Existing Tickets phone line, by visiting a theme park ticket booth, or by stopping into the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs.
