How do I access my Eurostar Business lounge?

I always get asked about Eurostar lounge access, and can you get Eurostar lounge access with Priority Pass? Basically, there's two ways to get into the lounge: You're travelling on a Business Premier Ticket. You flash an American Express Platinum Charge card.

To access the Eurostar Premier Lounges in 2026, you must typically hold a Eurostar Premier ticket (formerly Business Premier). These exclusive lounges, found in major hubs like London St Pancras, Paris Nord, and Brussels Midi, are located after the security and passport control areas. You gain entry by scanning your Premier ticket at the lounge entrance. Additionally, frequent travelers who are members of the Club Eurostar loyalty program can gain access regardless of their travel class if they have achieved Carte Blanche or Étoile status. Carte Blanche members are allowed one guest on weekdays and four on weekends, while Étoile members can bring up to two guests on weekdays. The lounges offer a refined environment with complimentary spirits, gourmet snacks, and quiet workspaces. It is important to note that you cannot "buy" access to these lounges on the day of travel; access is strictly reserved for premium ticket holders and high-tier loyalty members to maintain an exclusive atmosphere.

People Also Ask

Only a Business Premier ticket will get you access. An AMEX Platinum charge card will get 1 person into the lounge, but no guests. If your partner has a supplementary card, then they'll also get access. In the UK, AMEX don't charge for a supplementary card, but there is a charge in other countries (like the US).
