How do I activate Disney PhotoPass?

Just link any Disney PhotoPass cards, Park Tickets and/or MagicBands you used during your visit, choose any photo in your account, and select “Activate.” This will activate your Memory Maker entitlement and remove all watermarks from your photos and other digital content.

Photopass is where you get character meet and greet pictures put onto a card. You then pay for these pictures to be printed individually in the resort. Photopass plus you pay for in advance.

If your pictures are not automatically linked, click “link photos” in the PhotoPass section of the My Disney Experience app. You'll see a number of linking options available here. If a photographer has given you a card with a code, you can scan the card or type in the unique 16 digit code located on the card.

All of your account information is linked together. PhotoPass photographers will scan either your MagicBand, Disney PhotoPass card, theme park ticket, or Annual Pass. You can also access a QR code they can scan in the My Disney Experience App.

Once you download the first photo on Disney PhotoPass or the My Disney Experience Mobile App—or otherwise redeem your Memory Maker purchase—you then have 30 days to capture more photos.
