How do I change my JR ticket time?

Changes to a reservation prior to receipt of the ticket cannot be made at the station ticket counters. You must make the change yourself using JR-WEST ONLINE TRAIN RESERVATION. Conversely, if payment was made at a station, changes cannot be made online.
