How do I check my Virgin Air miles?

Log in to the Virgin Red app or website and your balance will show at the top of the screen. To see your individual transactions head over to the account tab and select Activity. If you have any questions about your balance or transactions please contact the Virgin Red Support team for help.

To check your Virgin Atlantic "Virgin Points" (formerly miles), the most direct way is to log into your Flying Club account on the official Virgin Atlantic website or via the Virgin Atlantic mobile app. Once logged in, your balance will be prominently displayed on your "Account Overview" or "Dashboard." In 2026, because Virgin Points never expire, you don't have to worry about losing them, but it's wise to track them regularly. If you are part of the broader Virgin Red ecosystem, you can also link your accounts to see your points reflected there, as Virgin Red allows you to earn and spend points across the entire Virgin Group (including Virgin Voyages and Virgin Trains). If you have a co-branded credit card, such as the Virgin Atlantic Reward+ Mastercard, your monthly statement will show the points earned, but they only reflect in your Flying Club balance after they have been "swept" over from the bank, which usually happens once per billing cycle.
