Is your Delta eCredit not showing up? If your Delta eCredit is not working, you have to call Delta customer service at 800-221-1212 to apply an unused eCredit to a new reservation.
Nonrefundable tickets are ineligible for a cash refund, but you can receive eCredit on the value of the ticket, minus any cancellation fees (if applicable). The eCredit can be redeemed toward a future Delta flight.

This Delta eCerts Credit Voucher will not be honored when purchasing Prepaid Tickets, gift certificates or excess baggage charges, payments on account or Delta eCerts Agency Discounts. Once ticketed, penalties may apply for changes, per the fare rule purchased.
Transferring eCredits requires that the passenger being transferred is an active Delta SkyMiles member and that credit be issued in their name. Please keep in mind that these credits cannot be sold or given away for cash; they can only be used towards booking travel on Delta in future bookings.
You can ask for compensationIf you end up paying for hotel or transit costs out of pocket due to a delay, keep your receipts and submit a claim through the airline. You can ask Delta Air Lines to reimburse you for these added travel costs. You may also consider asking for some Delta SkyMiles for the inconvenience.
