To dispute a charge:
- Open the Lyft app's main menu.
- Tap the 'Ride history. '
- Tap the ride that you need help with.
- Tap 'Get help' at the bottom of the screen.
Visit your local Driver Center To contact support, open the Driver app, tap 'Get help,' and select your help topic. From there, you can chat with our team in real time to get issues resolved quickly. Need vehicle services or car rentals?
