How do I edit my listing on booking com?

Changing your property layout and room or unit details
  1. Log in to the Extranet.
  2. Click the Property tab, then Property layout or Room details.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Select the new desired property info, room location, bed options, and occupancy.
  5. Click Continue to finalize.

To edit your property listing on Booking.com in 2026, you must log into the Partner Extranet (admin.booking.com) or use the Pulse app for mobile management. Once logged in, you navigate to the "Property" tab to update your description, photos, and facilities. For changes to pricing or availability, you use the "Rates & Availability" tab (often displayed as a calendar). If you manage multiple properties, you can use the "Bulk Editing" tool to apply changes like check-in times or house rules across all listings simultaneously. It is important to remember that some content, like guest reviews or your property's overall "Location Score," cannot be edited manually. After making changes, ensure you hit "Save" at the bottom of the page; most updates go live on the guest-facing site within a few minutes, though high-resolution photos may take slightly longer to process.

Experts say most places will offer you a refund if you have a reasonable excuse. If you are stuck with a nonrefundable room, try changing the date of your reservation. Some hotels will let you move the date of your stay if you ask. You can also resell your room and get your money back that way.

All of that comes at a fee, however: while listing your property on Booking.com is free, you will need to pay a set percentage on each reservation made through the Booking.com platform.
