Take the free shuttle bus from Terminal 4 Arrival Lounge to Jewel/ Terminal 1 (opposite Jewel Level 2 Drop-off point). Direct shuttle bus service (T4 - Jewel) is available from 6am to 12am daily, while loop bus service (T4 - T3 - T1 - T4) is available from 1am to 6am daily.

Reaching Jewel Changi Airport from the arrival halls is designed to be seamless, as the complex is integrated into the airport's infrastructure. If you arrive at Terminal 1, Jewel is directly connected to the Arrival Hall on Level 1; you simply follow the signs and walk straight into the complex. For those arriving at Terminals 2 or 3, there are elevated, air-conditioned link bridges equipped with travelators that connect the Departure Halls (Level 2) to Jewel. These walks typically take about 5 to 10 minutes and offer great views of the airport grounds. If you arrive at Terminal 4, which is physically detached from the main cluster, you must first take the complimentary 24-hour airport shuttle bus to Terminal 1 or 3 and then proceed via the link bridges. It is important to note that Jewel is located in the "public area" of the airport, meaning arriving international passengers must first clear immigration, collect their baggage, and pass through customs before they can enter the Jewel complex to see the HSBC Rain Vortex or the Canopy Park.
