Hilton Honors is very flexible with point sharing, offering two main ways to give points: Transferring and Pooling. You can transfer points directly to another member in increments of 1,000, up to a maximum of 500,000 points per calendar year. This is done through the Hilton Honors website under the "Points" or "Account" section. Alternatively, you can use "Points Pooling," which allows you to combine points with up to 10 other members (11 total) to book a stay together. This is a great way for groups or families to aggregate their balances. There is no fee for either of these services, which is a significant perk compared to many other hotel chains that charge for transfers. To be eligible, both accounts must have been open for at least 30 days with some activity, or 90 days if dormant. Note that there is a limit: you can receive up to 2 million pooled points per year and can only perform six transfer transactions annually.
