How do I know if I have a companion pass with Southwest?

Just head over to Southwest's website and log in to your Southwest Airlines account. Navigate to the ?My Account? button at the top right. Once to the page, scroll to the area labeled ?My Rapid Rewards,? and your Companion Pass progress will be listed right there ? along with a few other pieces of information.

To check your Southwest Companion Pass status in 2026, log in to your account on the Southwest Airlines website or mobile app and navigate to the "My Account" or "Rapid Rewards" dashboard. If you have earned the pass, you will see a prominent "Companion Pass" section displaying the name of your designated companion and the expiration date of the benefit. If you are still working toward it, the dashboard will show a progress bar indicating how many more Companion Pass Qualifying Points (135,000) or Qualifying Flight Segments (100) you need to reach within the calendar year. Once achieved, you will also receive a physical "Member Kit" in the mail containing a plastic Companion Pass card, though the digital version in your app is all you need to add your companion to any flight for just the cost of taxes and fees (starting at $5.60).
