How do I know if my Disney tickets are reserved?

You can also view your reservations via the My Disney Experience app. Open the app on your mobile device, tap the three horizontal lines on the bottom right corner and select Future Plans.

In 2026, most standard date-based tickets for Walt Disney World and Disneyland do not require a separate theme park reservation, as the reservation is automatically tied to the start date you selected at the time of purchase. However, if you hold an Annual Pass, a "flexible" undated ticket, or a special promotional pass, you must manually secure a reservation. To verify your status, log into the My Disney Experience or Disneyland app and navigate to the "Future Plans" or "My Theme Park Reservations" section. If you see a specific park and date listed under your itinerary, your spot is secured. If you only see a ticket but no associated park, you may still need to make a reservation before you can enter. Disney recommends checking the "Availability Calendar" frequently, especially for high-demand periods like Spring Break or the winter holidays, to ensure you don't arrive at the gates only to find the park is at capacity.
