How do I know if my SwissPass is valid?

You can find information on the validity of your travelcards on the SwissPass under the Travelcards tab in your customer account on swisspass.ch. Alternatively, you can find this information in the SBB Mobile app.

It's as simple as this:
  1. Log into e-banking. You log into your bank's e-banking service in the usual way.
  2. Activate eBill. Choose the menu item “eBill” and activate SBB as invoice issuer.
  3. Enter customer no. Enter your customer number, which you will find on the front of your SwissPass.
