How do I manage my Railcard account?

Please go to Manage my Railcard on the website homepage to log in to your account. Once logged in, on the top right of your account summary page, please click on your 'Menu Profile' and select 'Personal Details'. You will be given the option to update or change your personal details, including your address.

To view your Railcard in the app, you'll need to first log in to your account with the same email address you purchased with. After logging in, navigate to the Account tab and tap on Your Railcards to bring up the list of Railcards you've purchased. Then tap on Download Railcard to download it to your device.
