If you have ordered a digital Railcard, a download code will be sent to your registered email address, along with instructions on how to download your Railcard.
If you bought it at a station, provided you can produce the completed Receipt portion of your original application form, then you can apply for your lost or damaged Railcard to be replaced at any staffed station ticket office.
To view your Railcard in the app, you'll need to first log in to your account with the same email address you purchased with. Railcards do not renew automatically. You must make sure that your Railcard is renewed in good time because a Railcard that has expired is not valid for use and you may be charged a penalty fare for travelling on an expired Railcard.
In most cases, your digital Network Railcard will be available to use straight away. A download code will be sent to your registered email address, along with instructions on how to download your digital Network Railcard.
