Explorist Club Lounge Access Awards must be redeemed prior to check-in for the underlying reservation. You must call a Hyatt Global Contact Center to redeem the Explorist Club Lounge Access Award.



To use a Hyatt Club Access Award, you must have a confirmed reservation at a participating Hyatt hotel or resort that has a Club Lounge. You can apply the award to a "High-Fidelity" Eligible Rate or a Standard Room Free Night Award for a stay of up to seven consecutive nights. You cannot apply it to "Free Night" awards that are not standard (like Suite awards) or certain promotional rates. To redeem it in 2026, log into your World of Hyatt account on the website or app, go to "My Awards," and select the award to apply to an existing stay. Alternatively, you can call a Hyatt Global Care Center to have it manually applied. It is important to note that these awards do not provide Globalist-tier breakfast if the lounge is closed; they specifically grant access to the physical lounge and its associated amenities, such as evening hors d'oeuvres and continental breakfast.
