How do you ride the Disney Skyliner without a park ticket?

Yes.All Guests have complimentary access to our network of monorails, buses and boats. If you would like to visit multiple parks, enjoy a nice dinner at one of the Disney Resort hotels or shop at Disney Springs, you can leave your car parked in the theme park lot and use our transportation network.
The only way to get between these stations is to walk through EPCOT, so you would not be able to transfer between the monorail and the Disney Skyliner without admission.
However, because of the way the Monorail and Skyliner stations are situated (at Epcot's front gate and International Gateway, respectively), visitors looking to ride both modes of transport would need a park ticket. You'd have to walk through the entire park to get from one to another.
This transportation system might have a temporary closure in early 2024. Disney hasn't made any announcements yet, but we saw refurbishment closures in both 2022 and 2023. In 2022, the Skyliner was closed from January 23rd through January 28th, and in 2023 it was closed from January 22nd through the 29th.
