How does Amazon ORCA card work?

ORCA cards automatically include a two-hour transfer between buses, trains, streetcars and water taxis. ORCA is suited to both occasional and frequent riders. ORCA cards can store funds in an “E- purse” to deduct fares as you ride, as well as unlimited monthly passes.
