How does Global Entry show on boarding pass?

Global Entry does not get printed on your boarding pass. Pre?? will be printed on the boarding pass for airlines and airports that participate in the precheck program.

Global Entry itself does not appear as a specific text on your boarding pass; instead, it manifests as the TSA PreCheck® logo or indicator. When you are a member of Global Entry, you are automatically enrolled in TSA PreCheck. To ensure it appears, you must enter your 9-digit "PASSID" (found on the back of your Global Entry card) into the "Known Traveler Number" (KTN) field when booking your flight or in your frequent flyer profile. Once processed by the airline, your boarding pass will display "TSA PRE" or a similar symbol. This allows you to use the expedited security lanes when departing from US airports. For international arrivals back into the US, you simply proceed to the Global Entry kiosks or use the Global Entry mobile app; no physical mark on your boarding pass is required for that part of the process.

Your “Known Traveler ID” from the TSA has to be added to your account at each airline you use — it's not automatic. Once that's done and enough time has passed so that it's fully in the airline's system (a few days, it's not immediate), that should trigger the appearance of the pre-check status on your boarding pass.
