Why is FREE NOW not letting me pay?
Below are some reasons why you might be unable to order a trip with FREENOW: Your selected payment method is not valid - e.g. the card details are incorrect, you have insufficient funds in the account, or the card has expired.
Why did free now charge me 25?
This may be a temporary hold. This is not a charge but a card authorisation by your bank. When you book a trip via the FREENOW app your payment method is authorised to ensure the payment method works/has sufficient funds.

Which payment methods are available in FREENOW? Pay for your trip by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. For taxis you can pay the driver directly too.
How do you tip a driver on FREE NOW?
Passengers can tip the driver directly from their app before, during or up to 1 hour after the trip is completed. Tips can only be added as a percentage through the app; either 10%, 15% or 20% on top of the fare. See the exact tip amount for each trip in the 'Job History' section of the app.
