How early to get to Seattle ferry?

How to purchase Bremerton Ferry tickets. Tickets for the Bremerton Ferry can be purchased online or in person at the Bremerton ferry terminal. Reservations are not required for this route and you do not have to designate a time for your crossing.

Bremerton is good for a longer ride (an hour) and some good old fashioned military history (old war ship tour, free navy museum, etc).. Bainbridge island is quick and has more cutesy, artsy shops and stuffs. Bremerton is longer and ferries are less frequent.

If you are running late and are likely to miss your ferry, we suggest proceeding to the port to see if the ferry company will allow you to change the ticket to a different day or departure time. Keep in mind that if you do miss your ferry, the tickets are non-refundable.
