How far out to book Disney VIP?

Disney VIP Tour Services can be booked up to 90 days in advance. Since tours can fill up during peak times and are booked on a first come, first served basis, we recommend booking as early as possible. Disney Dining accepts bookings up to 180 days in advance, and the most popular restaurants fill up quickly.

Booking a Disney VIP Tour (the "Plaid" tour) requires significant advance planning, as they are extremely popular and have very limited availability. You can book a Private VIP Tour up to 60 days in advance. For many guests, this means calling exactly at 7:00 AM EST (for Florida) or 8:00 AM PST (for California) on the 60-day mark. These tours allow you to skip nearly every line, provide private transportation, and offer premium viewing for parades and fireworks, but they come with a high price tag, often ranging from $450 to $900 per hour with a 7-hour minimum. Because the demand often exceeds the number of available guides, especially during peak holiday seasons and spring break, if you do not book the moment your window opens, you are unlikely to secure a spot. It is also important to note that you must have valid park admission and a park reservation (if required for your ticket type) for everyone in your group, as the tour cost does not include the price of park entry.
