How long do I have to download my Disney cruise photos?

Keep in mind, each photo is available to download up to 45 days from the day of capture. After that time, the image will no longer be available for download. Also, additional photo purchases are not available after the cruise.



For any 2026 Disney Cruise, your digital photos and content will expire and be permanently deleted 45 days from the date they were taken. This means you must log in to the Disney Cruise Line Photos website or app and download your purchased images within six weeks of your vacation's end. Disney does not offer long-term storage or a "recovery" service for expired photos, so it is crucial to save them to your personal device or cloud storage as soon as you return home. If you are a U.S. resident, you can sometimes purchase additional digital photos post-cruise, but the 45-day expiration clock still applies to the capture date, not the purchase date. Always check the "Expiration Date" listed under each photo in your online gallery to ensure you don't miss the deadline.

To access and claim the photos with your Castaway Club ID, please log in to My Cruise Photos and proceed to click the Link option at the top right of your screen. Enter the proper Castaway Club ID number and click the Link Photos button.
