Walt Disney World and Disneyland typically keep your attraction photos and videos linked to your account for 45 days from the date they were taken. If you have purchased "Memory Maker" or have a "PhotoPass" entitlement, you must download your media within this 45-day window, or it will be permanently deleted from the Disney servers. This expiration policy is strictly enforced to manage the massive volume of data generated by millions of guests every month. If you are an Annual Passholder with a PhotoPass add-on, your photos may sometimes remain available for up to a year, but for the vast majority of day-guests, the 45-day rule is the standard. It is highly recommended to log into the "My Disney Experience" app or the PhotoPass website shortly after your trip to review and save your favorite memories. Once that 45-day clock runs out, Disney's customer service is generally unable to recover the images, so "download early and often" is the best strategy for preserving your magical vacation moments.
