How long does immigration take at Changi?

It usually take me 20-30 mins to clear immigration & customs. Clearing immigration is usually fast though it will depends how many flights arrive at the same time. Baggage delivery is efficient and fast. Clearing customs is a breeze if you have nothing to declare.
