You can travel between Terminals 1, 2, and 3 via the complimentary Skytrain service in the transit area. If you're in the public area, you can go to and from Terminals 1 and 3 via the Skytrain. Take note that the Skytrain operates from 4:30am until 1:30am.

Singapore's Changi Airport has four terminals. T1, T2 and T3 are all interconnected, which means you can go anywhere within those three terminals after immigration via walking or by the free Skytrains. This opens up opportunities to go shopping at more stores or go lounge-hopping.

If transiting to Terminal 4, even with boarding passes, we would recommend a minimum time of 1.5 to 2 hours. Given the frequency of the buses, it's best to arrive a bit earlier.
