How long does it take for memory maker to show up?

Choose the Tickets & Memory Maker option to see your purchase. It can take up to 24 hours for your Memory Maker to appear. If your purchase is still not showing on your account, you may need to link the service to your My Disney Experience. You can do this online and it only takes a few moments.

Disney’s "Memory Maker" photos—taken by PhotoPass photographers or on-ride cameras—typically appear in the My Disney Experience app within minutes to two hours. However, there are several factors that can cause delays. On-ride photos, which utilize RFID technology in your MagicBand+ or phone, are usually the fastest to link. If a photo was taken by a photographer and you scanned your band, it usually shows up quickly. If it hasn't appeared after 24 hours, it may be due to a "syncing" error. Disney allows you to use the "Missing Photos" tool in the app to provide the date, time, and location of the photo to help their team track it down. Note that if you purchased Memory Maker "at the gate," there is a 3-day waiting period before you can download photos without paying an additional fee for each one. To ensure the fastest service, always make sure your "Bluetooth" and "Location Services" are turned on so the ride sensors can identify your vehicle as you pass the camera.
