Eurostar states 30 mins and I totally agree with krist. The security tjrwtre is already ridiculous so 30 mins it is. Especially in summer there are a few moments when there are 3 trains departing within 30 minutes from each other which can make it terribly busy but otherwise you're usually through within minutes.
